We welcome new members of all experience levels and we’d love for you to join us.

Membership benefits:

When you join the Otago Bonsai Society, you get access to our monthly members’ meetings and social events, opportunities to visit other bonsai clubs and centres, and our quarterly OBS newsletter.

Monthly Otago Bonsai Meeting activities include:

  • demonstrations and talks from local, national, or international demonstrators;
  • tree critiques and seasonal care hints;
  • workshops to improve your hands-on skills;
  • monthly tree displays;
  • club sales table;
  • access to the club’s library;
  • raffles and refreshments; and
  • news on upcoming national and international bonsai events, and more.

Membership fees:

Membership fees are due at the AGM in August each year and can be paid via internet banking.
